Taiwan Story
莉莉今年三十五歲。她從十六歲起做檳榔西施，因家庭困苦從無機會上大學。丈夫常常想著，如果時空背景不同，她的人生或許會就此不一樣；但她從不這麼想。她只是每晚看著遠方的城市星火，等著下班後回家與兩個孩子團聚。
檳榔攤的霓虹燈，在她的身上閃呀閃，閃呀閃。
Lily is thirty-five years old now. She started working as a betel but beauty since she was sixteen. She never had the chance to go to college, nor university. Her husband often wonders if her life would be different if she went. But she doesn’t think about that. She just stare at the city light every night while the neon light flickers upon her skin, waiting for her shift off to go home and be with two kids.
